Social services
We are committed to providing work opportunities for all Australians through the provision of social services, including mentoring, upskilling and pre-employment training.
Our strategically designed, high-impact mentoring, upskilling and pre-employment programs prepare candidates to be job-ready for a specific role or industry.
We also offer a School Based Traineeship designed to build a foundation of support for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in assisting with their successful transition from school to work.
Social impacts
We endorse the Commonwealth Government’s national priority to bridge the employment gap between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other Australians. To this end, we have an endorsed and measurable Reconciliation Action Plan.
