Gulaga Services Australia proudly delivered Australia’s first-ever pump track in a government school. Niland School is a School for Specific Purpose (SSP) within Western Sydney, providing individual education programs for students with a dual diagnosis of Mild Intellectual Disability and Emotional Disability.
During project delivery, the Department of Education’s Asset Management Unit audited Gulaga Services on safety. We’re pleased to report that we achieved an outstanding 100% score, all whilst the school and site operations were live and whilst multiple machines were in use. The pump track included a circuit of rollers, banked turns and features designed for the students to enjoy safely. The track is very popular with the students of Niland School and is of great benefit, as this space was previously unused.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders, past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
